雑種なるもの
私は雑種である。
何故そうなったのかと尋ねられたところで私はその答えを持ってはいない。
気付いた頃にはそうなっていたのだ。
「雑種」という言い方についてモノ申したい方もいるかもしれないが
「外人」と呼ばれて育ったこちらからすれば知ったことではない。
若い時は怒りにまみれていたと今になって思う。
両親に対して向いたことは無いが一方的にラベリングをし、蔑称で呼びかける連中には辟易していた。そしてこれを更に加速させる出来事が起こる。
手のひら返し
正確な時期は定かではないがメディアで混血の芸能人が増えてきた矢先突如として180度変わった。
「ハーフってうらやましいな」
いい加減にしてくれるか？
散々サンドバッグのように扱って来たくせに、メディアでの扱いが変わるとそれに応じて周りも変わった。
我々はおもちゃではないのだ。
といった具合に振り替えれば話題には事欠かないので、これは一つ書いてみるかとnoteなるものを始めた。
混血ゆえの悩みはもちろんふざけたエピソード等も書いていきたいと思う。

「STORY TELLER 2」 のオフィシャルアートワークを、アーティスト Initial5 が手掛けた。
そのビジュアルをベースに、ストリートブランド FAM が新たな解釈で再構築。
グラフィックには、“語り手（Storyteller）”というテーマを象徴する一冊の本が描かれている。
ページの奥からこちらを見つめ返す「目」は、プレイヤー自身が物語の主人公であるというメッセージを秘める。
アートとゲーム、創造と競技が交錯する瞬間を、ウェアとして具現化したコレクション。
FAM特有のラフで自由なシルエットと、Initial5の持つ色彩の毒気・歪んだ美学が融合。
大会の熱を、日常のストリートへと持ち帰るための一着。

The STORY TELLER 2 collection was born from the official artwork of the tournament
hosted by Leo. — a pro player from the esports team WIP, based in Wakayama.
The artwork, created by artist Initial5, has been reimagined into wearable form by FAM.
At the core of the graphic lies a symbolic “story book,”
its single eye staring back from within the pages —
a reminder that every player, every creator, is the storyteller of their own world.
This collaboration merges the intensity of esports with the raw emotion of contemporary art.
Blending FAM’s effortless silhouette with Initial5’s vivid, chaotic aesthetic,
this piece captures the energy of competition and creativity —
bringing the heat of the tournament into everyday street culture.

二つの新ブランド「Tradience」と「歩命一絵（Homeiichie）」の立ち上げについて
このたび、アーティスト Initial5 は二つの新しいブランド「Tradience（トラディエンス）」と「歩命一絵（Homeiichie）」を立ち上げました。
いずれも“生（せい）”を軸とし、自然と人とのつながりを再び見つめ直すことを目的としています。
デジタルが進み、均質化が当たり前となった今、私たちは知らず知らずのうちに「自然の中の一部としての人間」である感覚を失いつつあります。
その中で、手描きという不完全でありながらも温かみのある表現を通して、「生きている」ことの美しさや儚さを伝えたいと考えています。
「Tradience」では、伝統（Tradition）と現代（Modern）を“融合（Science）”することをテーマに、自然との接点を重んじてきた日本ならではの着物柄要素と現代的な感性を融合させた作品を展開します。
一方で「歩命一絵」は、「一枚の絵と共に歩み、命を感じる」という思いを込めたブランドです。
一筆ごとのゆらぎや余白を大切に、静かで深い生命の息づかいを表現していきます。
今後も、手描きによる作品や服飾、壁画など、さまざまな形で「生」と「自然」のメッセージを届けていきます。
Artist Initial5 proudly announces the launch of two new art brands: “Tradience” and “Homeiichie”.
Both embody the core concept of “Life (生)”, aiming to reconnect people with nature through hand-drawn expressions.
In today’s world of digital uniformity, we often forget that humans are part of nature itself.
Through hand-drawn imperfection and organic movement, Initial5 seeks to express the warmth, fragility, and beauty of being alive.
Tradience merges tradition and modernity — blending the timeless beauty of Japanese motifs which inspired from “Kimono” with a contemporary sensibility.
Homeiichie, meaning “Walking with a piece of art, feeling the rhythm of life,” captures a quieter, more introspective expression of life and impermanence.
Initial5 will continue to share artworks, fashion pieces, and murals that celebrate the essence of life and nature.
